I used this in my late lunch today and it occurred to me that it would rock for trail use – it is shelf stable and would pack easily in a hard container or double bagged snack bag.
- 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lower sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp lime juice or 2 tsp water + 1/4 tsp True Lime powder
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp diced dried garlic (1 clove)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Mix well to blend. Toss with hot rice, noodles or use as a dipping sauce.
