		<description>I saw this recipe on the backpacker site and tried it out. It was delicious and far superior in flavour and richness of consistency to any commercial dry powder mushroom soup I&#039;ve encountered. I will definitely make it again to share with more people.</description>

		<description>Ahem.  To keep things in perspective, those mushrooms weren&#039;t a gift.  It was either you or the dumpster!  Can you believe I actually used to eat mushrooms?  Then I realized I was picking them out of everything because it dawned on me I actually didn&#039;t like the taste.  When someone pointed out their botanical status (a fungus!), that really sent me running to the rails.  I&#039;m a rice and bean person....</description>
