I love Spice Hunters soup in a cup selection – they are perfect for when you want a thin broth to rehydrate you but don’t want to fill up. They make both small and big cups. Mt favorite big cup version is the Chicken Noodle flavor.
Just add boiling water, stir and let sit for 5 or so minutes and you have soup to go. When pressed for time I will grab one and repack it into a snack bag. Then you can prep them in your mug on trail for less bulk.
