Easy And Quick Winter Recipes

Natural food stores often have bulk sections where you can find Curried Lentil, Split Pea and Black Bean soup mixes. You can also find them in the soup aisle as well. They are easily prepared – and while they make great soups, they also make a great topper for rice. Feel free to have it over couscous as well.

Taste Adventure is one of my favorite brands to use. They make 6 types of instant soup. The company also produces a couple types of instant beans as well.
