Last Minute Grocery Store Meals: Stuffing

On the way out the door for a quick trip that you hadn’t planned to take? Hit the grocery store and be out in 5 minutes with a quick dinner. All you need is a spork and hot water!

Scan the stuffing aisle for Stove Top’s Stuffing Cups that serve 1. Grab a Cornbread one. Zip over to the canned meat aisle and grab a 5-ounce can of chicken. Most people seem to have dried fruit in their pack, if not grab a bag on the way out! Makes most meals taste better 😉

1 can chicken, 1 Quick Cup and 2 Tbsp dried wild blueberries:

Add the berries to the dry mix and 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir well. Cover and let sit for a minute. Drain the chicken and stir in. Let sit for another minute and chow down.

There is one down side – this is a bit salty. But for those of you who don’t have to worry about sodium levels it is quite tasty!
