Pecan Chicken Salad – a no cook, easy to make lunch.

Creamy Rosa Chicken Pasta – a one pot meal that whips up in under 10 minutes and will serve 2 to 3.

  1. I’m not a hiker, I mean I used to be, but found it more difficult without a car.
    Instead I lurk on your site looking for suggestions and options for an easy packable lunch on campus. My resources are limited, but an insulated mug and hot water are easy to come by. With those and the inspiration from this site, I think I’ll be set to pack in unique lunches for the new year.
