New to the market in recent weeks is PackitGourmet’s TexMex Breakfast Taco (or as I would call it…breakfast burritos!). We sampled the sausage version:

Added two new recipes this afternoon to Trail Cooking. These were from an extensive set I came up with for our friends Tom and Tori on last summers thru-hike of the PCT.
Chicken Veggie Rice
and
Veggie Beef Rice.
Both recipes have triple instructions for cooking methods and are FBC friendly.
