Two-Fer Tater Tuesday

Last week when Teresa “Dicentra” Black of One Pan Wonders asked if she could bring Tater Tuesday back to life, well she and I got talking. How about a Two-Fer…where her and I decided on the main ingredients and then went and created our own recipes. How far apart would they be? It is pretty neat to see what our minds drum up!

The ingredients for this week’s recipe:

  • Instant mashed potatoes
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Canned or pouched chicken

So what did I use?

Idahoan instant mashed potatoes, Bella Sun Luci julienne sliced tomatoes, Valley Fresh 5-ounce can of chicken, mozzarella string cheese and a few other items! Whip it up and you have this delite:
