As I delve farther into our way of life I find new things to carry on hikes, but also to have in the van and around the house – when I don’t have the time or desire to create. Go Raw is one of those items. I don’t feel guilty eating them. Are they unusual? If you haven’t eaten sprouted seeds before that are gently dehydrated at low temperatures, you may find it odd. The Pizza flavor of the Flax Snax line is delicious. I get the essence of pizza and pepperoni, crispy and crunchy. A serving is 22 crackers, boasting 180 calories, 13 grams fat ( and mind you it is HEALTHY fat), 5 grams fiber and 5 grams protein. A bag is 3 servings. And if you have crumbs? Use them to top trail meals…..
