Theo Chocolate isn’t cheap ($4 a bar is average) but it is wonderful chocolate. Made in Seattle (they have pretty neat tours of their factory….) the bars are sold nearly everywhere in this region (have a Whole Foods nearby? Check there.). I am a long time fan of their more unusual flavors (Curry? Bread? Yum…..), somehow I missed trying their toasted coconut bar.
Crisp chocolate with a hint of coconut. The coconut is crisp, as it should be, rather than chewy. Half the bar was nibbled on over the days by our 2-year-old. Start them young and they will appreciate good chocolate. If you love dark chocolate and coconut, source out a bar – you won’t regret it.
