Paleo Meals To Go: Coconut Berry Breakfast
I really have enjoyed having the opportunity to try out meals from Paleo Meals To Go. Not only are the meals delicious, but they have a great ingredient list.

With plenty of fiber, tummy filling fat (from nuts and yummy coconut) and protein, you will have a great start to your morning!
“A delicious, hot breakfast meal (with the consistency of standard oatmeal), but containing coconut, golden flaxseed meal, almond flour, walnuts, pecans, blueberries, strawberries, powdered coconut water, and freeze-dried coconut oil.” And this breakfast shines in the ingredients: full pecans & walnuts, blueberries and strawberries and 3 layers of coconut give it amazing flavor. Opening the bag is heavenly.
Add hot water, give a gentle stir, and seal for 5 minutes. The meal comes with 2 packets of honey granules and one of sea salt. I stirred in the honey and a good pinch of salt. Then I quietly enjoyed my breakfast, thinking to myself that this not just tasty, but amazing in flavors and textures. And more so? It is exactly what I like to eat. Pure, simple and well worth the cost.
