Recipe Round-Up: Pudding Recipes

I might be in the minority (but I doubt it!), in that I love pudding for dessert when I backpack. It is comforting, easy to make and kids really love it. You can have it plain – or make it special with crumbled cookies, chocolate, granola, well pretty much most anything out of a trail mix bag! You can choose no-cook recipes or one pot ones. To easily chill any pudding, save it for when you are camped near a snow bank or a cold water source (such as a creek).
