Vintage Books: Drying Food Nature’s Way

I came across a 1975 edition of Drying Food Nature’s Way (second revised edition). Nothing like finding a like-new copy at a library book sale for pennies. The book was written to promote the “Nature’s Way” Food Dryer, which was touted as the “first UL approved food dryer sold in the US”. Sometimes it’s hard to fathom that we haven’t always had easy street for prepping food!

A fun find to add to the Trail Library…and a nice way to ponder over the days before the internet.
