New this month to stores is Odwalla’s Mocha-wallaâ„¢ energy bar. I happen to love the taste of their bars – they are soft, dental brace friendly and have good nutrition stats. So…combining chocolate and coffee? Sounded good to me!

Gorp Bars

Gorp Bars
12-ounces chocolate chips (a bag)
6-ounces butterscotch chips
1 cup uncooked quick oatmeal
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup shredded natural coconut
1/2 cup broken or chopped cashews
1/2 cup chopped peanuts, walnuts or sliced almonds
